Article 3:20, opening words and under (b), of the General Administrative Law Act and Article 16.87 do not apply to an administrative order imposing a duty to tolerate (gedoogplichtbeschikking).

Artikel 3:20, aanhef en onder b, van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht en artikel 16.87 zijn niet van toepassing op een gedoogplichtbeschikking.
