Division 3.4 of the General Administrative Law Act applies to the preparation of an administrative order imposing a duty to tolerate (gedoogplichtbeschikking).
The obligation to tolerate shall not take effect until four days after the day on which the decision imposing the obligation to tolerate has been notified.
The first paragraph does not apply to the preparation of an administrative order imposing a duty to tolerate (gedoogplichtbeschikking) as referred to in Articles 10.16 and 10.17, first paragraph, and second paragraph, under a.
The first and second paragraphs shall not apply to the preparation of an order imposing a duty of tolerance (gedoogplichtbeschikking) as referred to in Articles 10.19, 10.19a and 10.21a due to urgent circumstances.
Afdeling 3.4 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht is van toepassing op de voorbereiding van een gedoogplichtbeschikking.
De verplichting tot gedogen gaat niet eerder in dan vier dagen na de dag waarop de gedoogplichtbeschikking is bekendgemaakt.
Het eerste lid is niet van toepassing op de voorbereiding van een gedoogplichtbeschikking als bedoeld in de artikelen 10.16 en 10.17, eerste lid, en tweede lid, onder a.
Het eerste en tweede lid zijn niet van toepassing op de voorbereiding van een gedoogplichtbeschikking als bedoeld in de artikelen 10.19, 10.19a en 10.21a vanwege spoedeisende omstandigheden.
