1.
The ruling shall provide for:
a.
lack of jurisdiction of the court
b.
inadmissibility of the petition,
c.
dismissal of the petition, or
d.
Granting of the petition.
2.
If the court grants the petition in whole or in part, it shall confirm the expropriation order in whole or in part.

De uitspraak strekt tot:
a.
onbevoegdverklaring van de rechtbank,
b.
niet-ontvankelijkverklaring van het verzoek,
c.
afwijzing van het verzoek, of
d.
toewijzing van het verzoek.
2.
Als de rechtbank het verzoek geheel of gedeeltelijk toewijst, bekrachtigt zij de onteigeningsbeschikking geheel of gedeeltelijk.
