An establishment decision provides, insofar as applicable, for:
the allocation of ownership of roads or public works for water management (waterstaatswerken),
the allocation of the management and maintenance of public roads,
the allocation of ownership, the management and the maintenance of areas of importance from the perspective of nature conservation or landscape preservation, or of elements of landscape, recreational, geological or natural scientific value, or cultural heritage, and
the allocation of ownership, the management and the maintenance of other public utility facilities.
If land consolidation forms part of the land development scheme, the development decision shall contain a map on which the boundaries of the land consolidation block are indicated as accurately as possible.
If it is necessary to acquire the ownership of immovable property for the implementation of measures and facilities of public utility, the development plan (inrichtingsbesluit) shall contain an indication of those measures and facilities and shall stipulate that a reduction may be applied for that purpose.
Een inrichtingsbesluit voorziet, voor zover van toepassing, in:
de toedeling van eigendom van wegen of waterstaatswerken,
de toedeling van het beheer en het onderhoud van openbare wegen,
de toedeling van eigendom, het beheer en het onderhoud van gebieden van belang uit een oogpunt van natuurbescherming of landschapsbehoud of van elementen van landschappelijke, recreatieve, aardkundige of natuurwetenschappelijke waarde, of cultureel erfgoed, en
de toedeling van eigendom, het beheer en het onderhoud van andere voorzieningen van openbaar nut.
Als herverkaveling deel uitmaakt van de landinrichting, bevat het inrichtingsbesluit een verbeelding waarop de begrenzing van het herverkavelingsblok zo nauwkeurig mogelijk is aangegeven.
Als het nodig is om de eigendom van onroerende zaken te verwerven voor de verwezenlijking van maatregelen en voorzieningen van openbaar nut, bevat het inrichtingsbesluit een aanduiding van die maatregelen en voorzieningen en bepaalt het dat daarvoor korting kan worden toegepast.
