Article 12.7

A land development decision (inrichtingsbesluit) shall be adopted simultaneously with the land development programme (inrichtingsprogramma), in the case of land consolidation (landinrichting):
a.
ownership, management or maintenance of public utility facilities are allocated,
b.
reallocation or reduction is applied.
Een inrichtingsbesluit wordt gelijktijdig met het inrichtingsprogramma vastgesteld, als bij de landinrichting:
a.
eigendom, beheer of onderhoud van voorzieningen van openbaar nut worden toegedeeld,
b.
herverkaveling of korting wordt toegepast.
