After the entry into force of this Act:
the Decree of 23 June 1988 (Stb. 341), containing rules for the implementation of Article 173 of the Media Act, rests on Article 6.26, paragraph 1;
the Regulation on supervision costs for commercial broadcasting (Regeling toezichtskosten commerciële omroep) is based on Article 3.30, paragraph 2;
The Regulation on the designation and use of frequency space for commercial radio broadcasting 2003 (Regeling aanwijzing en gebruik frequentieruimte commerciële radio-omroep 2003) is based on Article 6.23, paragraphs one and two.
Na inwerkingtreding van deze wet:
berust het besluit van 23 juni 1988 (Stb. 341), houdende regelen ter uitvoering van artikel 173 van de Mediawet, op artikel 6.26, eerste lid;
berust de Regeling toezichtskosten commerciële omroep op artikel 3.30, tweede lid;
berust de Regeling aanwijzing en gebruik frequentieruimte commerciële radio-omroep 2003 op artikel 6.23, eerste en tweede lid.
