By way of derogation from Article 2.65, paragraph 1, a designation as a regional public media institution pursuant to Article 2.65, paragraph 1, as it read on the day preceding the entry into force of this Article, which is in effect on the day on which Article I, part Ma, of the Amendment to the Media Act 2008 with a view to strengthening the future perspective of the public broadcaster enters into force, shall remain in effect until 31 December 2025 inclusive and shall thereafter expire by operation of law.
In afwijking van artikel 2.65, eerste lid, blijft een aanwijzing als regionale publieke media-instelling op grond van artikel 2.65, eerste lid, zoals dat luidde op de dag voorafgaand aan de inwerkingtreding van dit artikel, die geldt op de dag waarop artikel I, onderdeel Ma, van de Wijziging van de Mediawet 2008 met het oog op de versterking van het toekomstperspectief van de publieke omroep in werking treedt, gelden tot en met 31 december 2025 en vervalt daarna van rechtswege.
