By way of derogation from Article 2.60k, the first concession granted to the RPO may be valid for a period of less than ten years.
In the event of application of the first paragraph, the first RPO concession policy plan shall, by way of derogation from Article 2.60l, relate to the entire period of the first concession.
In afwijking van artikel 2.60k kan de eerste concessie die wordt verleend aan de RPO gelden voor een periode korter dan tien jaar.
In geval van toepassing van het eerste lid heeft het eerste concessiebeleidsplan RPO, in afwijking van artikel 2.60l, betrekking op de volledige periode van de eerste concessie.
