The members of the Stimuleringsfonds and the employees of the Stimuleringsfonds designated by decision of the Stimuleringsfonds are charged with the supervision of compliance with the provisions and regulations applicable to subsidy recipients pursuant to this chapter.
Notice of a decision as referred to in the first paragraph shall be given by publication in the Government Gazette (Staatscourant).
Met het toezicht op de naleving van de bepalingen en voorschriften die op grond van dit hoofdstuk gelden voor subsidieontvangers zijn belast de leden van het Stimuleringsfonds en de bij besluit van het Stimuleringsfonds aangewezen medewerkers van het Stimuleringsfonds.
Van een besluit als bedoeld in het eerste lid wordt mededeling gedaan door plaatsing in de Staatscourant.
