The Commissariaat is charged with the administrative law enforcement of the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Act, with the exception of:
Articles 2.2, paragraphs 1 and 2, points (a) up to and including (h), (j) up to and including (l), 2.3, paragraphs 1 up to and including 4, 2.4 up to and including 2.16, 2.18 up to and including 2.27, 2.29 up to and including 2.33, 2.34a up to and including 2.34j, 2.36 up to and including 2.41, 2.53 up to and including 2.57, 2.59, 2.60, 2.60a up to and including 2.60o, 2.125 up to and including 2.131, 2.143 up to and including 2.145, 2.148a, 2.149, 2.150, paragraph 1, 2.151, paragraph 1, 2.166 up to and including 2.168, 2.169c, paragraphs 1 up to and including 4, 2.170c, 2.170d, 2.180 up to and including 2.187, 4.2 up to and including 4.5 and 6.26; and
Chapter 8.
The members of the Commissariaat and the employees of the Commissariaat designated by decision of the Commissariaat are charged with the supervision of compliance.
Notice of a decision as referred to in the second paragraph shall be given by publication in the Government Gazette (Staatscourant).
Het Commissariaat is belast met de bestuursrechtelijke handhaving van het bepaalde bij of krachtens deze wet, met uitzondering van:
de artikelen 2.2, eerste lid en tweede lid, onderdelen a tot en met h, j tot en met l, 2.3, eerste tot en met vierde lid, 2.4 tot en met 2.16, 2.18 tot en met 2.27, 2.29 tot en met 2.33, 2.34a tot en met 2.34j, 2.36 tot en met 2.41, 2.53 tot en met 2.57, 2.59, 2.60, 2.60a tot en met 2.60o, 2.125 tot en met 2.131, 2.143 tot en met 2.145, 2.148a, 2.149, 2.150, eerste lid, 2.151, eerste lid, 2.166 tot en met 2.168, 2.169c, eerste tot en met vierde lid, 2.170c, 2.170d, 2.180 tot en met 2.187, 4.2 tot en met 4.5 en 6.26; en
hoofdstuk 8.
Met het toezicht op de naleving zijn belast de leden van het Commissariaat en de bij besluit van het Commissariaat aangewezen medewerkers van het Commissariaat.
Van een besluit als bedoeld in het tweede lid wordt mededeling gedaan door plaatsing in de Staatscourant.
