A media institution that provides or terminates a commercial on-demand media service shall notify the Commissariaat of the moment of the commencement or the termination of the on-demand media service within two weeks after that moment. If a media institution modifies a commercial on-demand media service provided by a third party, this media institution shall likewise notify the modified commercial on-demand media service. The following data of the media institution shall in any event be provided in this regard:
name;
place of establishment; and
contact details, including e-mail address or internet address.
A media institution providing a commercial on-demand media service shall also make the information referred to in the first paragraph easily, directly and permanently available, as well as the name of the Commissariaat as the body charged with the supervision of compliance with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this Title.
A media institution providing a commercial on-demand media service shall inform the Commissariaat without delay of any changes that may affect the jurisdiction of the Netherlands over this media institution.
Een media-instelling die een commerciële mediadienst op aanvraag verzorgt of beëindigt, meldt het moment van de aanvang of de beëindiging van de mediadienst op aanvraag binnen twee weken na dat moment aan het Commissariaat. Als een media-instelling een door een derde aangeleverde commerciële mediadienst op aanvraag wijzigt, meldt deze media-instelling eveneens de gewijzigde commerciële mediadienst op aanvraag. De volgende gegevens van de media-instelling worden daarbij in elk geval verstrekt:
naam;
plaats van vestiging; en
contactgegevens waaronder e-mailadres of internetadres.
Een media-instelling die een commerciële mediadienst op aanvraag verzorgt, stelt eveneens ten minste de gegevens, bedoeld in het eerste lid, gemakkelijk, rechtstreeks en permanent beschikbaar, alsmede de naam van het Commissariaat als het orgaan dat is belast met het toezicht op de naleving van het bepaalde bij of krachtens deze titel.
Een media-instelling die een commerciële mediadienst op aanvraag verzorgt informeert het Commissariaat onverwijld over wijzigingen die van invloed kunnen zijn op de bevoegdheid van Nederland over deze media-instelling.
