The evaluation committee shall report in any event on:
the manner in which the NPO and the national public media institutions have jointly implemented the public media mandate at the national level;
the extent to which the media offering of the national public media service meets the interests and insights of the general public and of specific population and age groups;
the manner in which the broadcasting associations to which a provisional recognition as referred to in Article 2.23, paragraph 2, has been granted, have contributed to increasing the diversity of the media offering of the national public media service and have thereby made an innovative contribution to the execution of the public media remit at the national level; and
other subjects that are included in the decree establishing the evaluation committee or that have been indicated by Our Minister.
The evaluation committee shall report on the manner in which broadcasting organisations, the NTR, or the NOS have individually implemented the public media remit at the national level as referred to in Article 2.184, paragraphs three and four.
De evaluatiecommissie rapporteert in elk geval over:
de wijze waarop de NPO en de landelijke publieke media-instellingen gezamenlijk uitvoering hebben gegeven aan de publieke mediaopdracht op landelijk niveau;
de mate waarin het media-aanbod van de landelijke publieke mediadienst tegemoet komt aan de interesses en inzichten van het algemene publiek en van specifieke bevolkings- en leeftijdsgroepen;
de wijze waarop de omroepverenigingen waaraan een voorlopige erkenning als bedoeld in artikel 2.23, tweede lid, is verleend, een bijdrage hebben geleverd aan de vergroting van de verscheidenheid van het media-aanbod van de landelijke publieke mediadienst en daarmee een vernieuwende bijdrage hebben geleverd aan de uitvoering van de publieke mediaopdracht op landelijk niveau; en
andere onderwerpen die zijn opgenomen in het besluit tot instelling van de evaluatiecommissie of die door Onze Minister zijn aangegeven.
De evaluatiecommissie rapporteert over de wijze waarop omroeporganisaties, de NTR of de NOS afzonderlijk uitvoering hebben gegeven aan de publieke mediaopdracht op landelijk niveau als bedoeld in artikel 2.184, derde en vierde lid.
