Our Minister shall make a contribution towards the costs available to the institutions from the national media contribution and the revenues of the Ster. Our Minister shall make the contribution for the institution designated for the maintenance and operation of broadcasting orchestras and broadcasting choirs available to the board of directors through the intervention of the Commissariat, which shall make the contribution available to the institution.
Our Minister may attach conditions to a decision to make contributions available.
If an institution does not comply with Articles 2.180 and 2.181 or does not observe the regulations attached to a decision to make contributions available, Our Minister may:
revoke the decision by which the relevant institution was designated; or
to revoke or amend the decision to make contributions available.
Onze Minister stelt uit de rijksmediabijdrage en de inkomsten van de Ster, aan de instellingen een bijdrage in de kosten ter beschikking. Onze Minister stelt de bijdrage voor de instelling die is aangewezen voor het in stand houden en exploiteren van omroeporkesten en omroepkoren door tussenkomst van het Commissariaat ter beschikking van de raad van bestuur, die de bijdrage ter beschikking stelt aan de instelling.
Onze Minister kan aan een besluit tot het ter beschikking stellen van bijdragen voorschriften verbinden.
Als een instelling niet voldoet aan de artikelen 2.180 en 2.181 of de aan een besluit tot het ter beschikking stellen van bijdragen verbonden voorschriften niet naleeft, kan Onze Minister:
de beschikking waarbij de desbetreffende instelling is aangewezen, intrekken; of
het besluit tot het ter beschikking stellen van bijdragen intrekken of wijzigen.
