The board of directors shall distribute the budget, as referred to in Article 2.149, paragraph 1, preamble and under b, among the broadcasting associations with a provisional recognition, as referred to in Article 2.23, paragraph 2, in such a way that each broadcasting association with a provisional recognition has at its disposal an amount equal to fifteen percent of the amount for a broadcasting organization that, pursuant to the application of Article 2.152, paragraph 3, is classified as a broadcasting association as referred to in Article 2.24.
The NTR and the broadcasting organizations referred to in Article 2.26, paragraph 1, point (f), shall receive the amounts referred to in the first paragraph and in Article 2.150, paragraph 3, from each of the broadcasting associations that have obtained a provisional recognition, for the purpose of management.
The national public media institutions, as referred to in Article 2.149, first paragraph, parts (a) through (d), shall allocate the received amounts and the budgets to the purposes specified in the relevant parts.
De raad van bestuur verdeelt het budget, bedoeld in artikel 2.149, eerste lid, aanhef en onder b, over de omroepverenigingen met een voorlopige erkenning, bedoeld in artikel 2.23, tweede lid, zodanig dat elke omroepvereniging met een voorlopige erkenning over een bedrag beschikt dat gelijk is aan vijftien procent van het bedrag voor een omroeporganisatie die met toepassing van artikel 2.152, derde lid, wordt ingedeeld als omroepvereniging als bedoeld in artikel 2.24.
De NTR en de omroeporganisaties, bedoeld in artikel 2.26, eerste lid, onderdeel f, ontvangen de bedragen, bedoeld in het eerste lid en artikel 2.150, derde lid, van elk van de omroepverenigingen die een voorlopige erkenning hebben verkregen, ten beheer.
De landelijke publieke media-instellingen, bedoeld in artikel 2.149, eerste lid, onderdelen a tot en met d, besteden de ontvangen bedragen en de budgetten aan de in de desbetreffende onderdelen genoemde doelen.
