Amendments to the articles of association of the Ster require the consent of Our Minister.

The supervisory board or the management board of the Ster cannot resolve to dissolve the Ster.

De raad van toezicht of het bestuur van de Ster kan niet besluiten tot ontbinding van de Ster.
