The offer channel, as referred to in Article 2.50, preamble and under (b), is also intended for the catch-up of programmes on the television programme channels of the regional public media service.
A regional public media institution may make available for placement on the offer channel, as referred to in the first paragraph, a programme as referred to in the first paragraph:
with sufficient rights of use;
in accordance with the technical specifications of the NPO; and
in accordance with the rules regarding advertising and teleshopping spots for the national public media service.
By way of derogation from Article 2.73, paragraph 1, the management board shall place a programme that has been made available in a timely manner in accordance with the second paragraph on the offer channel referred to in the first paragraph.
By way of derogation from Article 2:73, paragraph 2, only Article 2:59, paragraph 1, shall apply mutatis mutandis to the third paragraph, as far as possible.
Het aanbodkanaal, bedoeld in artikel 2.50, aanhef en onder b, is mede bestemd voor de catch-up van de programma’s op de televisieprogrammakanalen van de regionale publieke mediadienst.
Een regionale publieke media-instelling kan voor plaatsing op het aanbodkanaal, bedoeld in het eerste lid, beschikbaar stellen een programma als bedoeld in het eerste lid:
met voldoende gebruiksrechten;
conform de technische specificaties van de NPO; en
in overeenstemming met de regels over reclame- en telewinkelboodschappen voor de landelijke publieke mediadienst.
In afwijking van artikel 2.73, eerste lid, plaatst de raad van bestuur een programma dat tijdig beschikbaar is gesteld met toepassing van het tweede lid op het aanbodkanaal, bedoeld in het eerste lid.
In afwijking van artikel 2.73, tweede lid, is op het derde lid uitsluitend artikel 2.59, eerste lid, zoveel mogelijk van overeenkomstige toepassing.
