Article 2.6, paragraph 1, preamble and parts (a) and (c) through (h), shall apply mutatis mutandis to membership of the management board, on the understanding that Article 2.6, paragraph 1, part (c), shall not apply mutatis mutandis to membership of a body of the Ster.
The members of the board of directors are employed by the NPO. The supervisory board determines their terms of employment.
Article 668a, paragraphs one up to and including four, of Book 7 of the Civil Code shall not apply.
A member of the management board may not be appointed as a member of the supervisory board for a consecutive period following the termination of that membership.
Op het lidmaatschap van de raad van bestuur is artikel 2.6, eerste lid, aanhef en onderdelen a en c tot en met h, van overeenkomstige toepassing, met dien verstande dat artikel 2.6, eerste lid, onderdeel c, niet van overeenkomstige toepassing is op het lidmaatschap van een orgaan van de Ster.
De leden van de raad van bestuur zijn in dienst van de NPO. De raad van toezicht stelt hun arbeidsvoorwaarden vast.
Artikel 668a, eerste tot en met vierde lid, van Boek 7 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek is niet van toepassing.
Een lid van de raad van bestuur kan niet na beëindiging van dat lidmaatschap voor een aansluitende periode worden benoemd als lid van de raad van toezicht.
