The NPO shall annually, before 1 June, submit to the Media Authority and Our Minister a report regarding the past calendar year, which shall in any event include:
a description of the manner in which the NPO and the national public media institutions have implemented the public media mandate across the various distribution channels;
the composition of the media offering of the public media service on the programme channels and, insofar as possible, on the other offering channels, including the hours devoted to media offering in the areas mentioned in Article 2.1, paragraph 1;
a report on the realisation of the objectives of the performance agreement, as referred to in Article 2.22, and an account of the efficiency and effectiveness of that realisation;
compliance with Articles 2.115 up to and including 2.123;
compliance with the code of conduct referred to in Article 2.3, paragraph 2; and
the measures taken by the NPO to further develop the accessibility of the audiovisual media offering for persons with a disability.
The Commissariaat shall report to the European Commission on the implementation of the first paragraph, point (f), no later than 19 December 2022 and subsequently every three years.
De NPO stuurt jaarlijks vóór 1 juni aan het Commissariaat en Onze Minister een verslag over het afgelopen kalenderjaar met daarin in elk geval:
een beschrijving van de wijze waarop door de NPO en de landelijke publieke media-instellingen op de verschillende aanbodkanalen uitvoering is gegeven aan de publieke mediaopdracht;
de samenstelling van het media-aanbod van de publieke mediadienst op de programmakanalen en voor zover mogelijk op de overige aanbodkanalen, waaronder de uren die besteed zijn aan media-aanbod op de terreinen genoemd in artikel 2.1, eerste lid;
een rapportage over de realisering van de doelstellingen van de prestatieovereenkomst, bedoeld in artikel 2.22, en een verantwoording over de doelmatigheid en doeltreffendheid van die realisering;
de naleving van de artikelen 2.115 tot en met 2.123;
de naleving van de gedragscode, bedoeld in artikel 2.3, tweede lid; en
de maatregelen die de NPO treft om de toegankelijkheid van het audiovisueel media-aanbod voor personen met een handicap verder te ontwikkelen.
Het Commissariaat brengt uiterlijk 19 december 2022 en vervolgens om de drie jaar verslag uit aan de Europese Commissie over de uitvoering van het eerste lid, onderdeel f.
