The NTR shall, upon request, provide Our Minister with all information regarding the activities of the NTR.
2.
Our Minister may demand access to the business data and documents of the NTR insofar as this is necessary for the performance of his duties.

De NTR verstrekt Onze Minister desgevraagd alle inlichtingen met betrekking tot de werkzaamheden van de NTR.
2.
Onze Minister kan inzage verlangen in zakelijke gegevens en bescheiden van de NTR voor zover dat voor de vervulling van zijn taak nodig is.
