The management board manages the NOS.
2.
The management board is charged with the daily management and financial administration of the NOS.
3.
The management board is furthermore charged with that which does not expressly belong to the tasks or powers of the supervisory board.

De directie bestuurt de NOS.
2.
De directie is belast met de dagelijkse leiding en het financiële beheer van de NOS.
3.
De directie is verder belast met datgene wat niet uitdrukkelijk tot de taken of bevoegdheden van de raad van toezicht behoort.
