The Commissariaat shall determine the number of members per broadcasting organization that has submitted an application for recognition or provisional recognition as of a reference date to be determined by Our Minister. In the case of a collaborative broadcasting organization, the number of members shall be determined by the total number of members of the broadcasting associations it represents.
Persons who meet the following criteria shall be counted as members:
to be 16 years of age or older;
residing in the Netherlands; and
have paid the annual minimum contribution referred to in Article 2.24, paragraph 1, point (e), or Article 2.24a, paragraph 1, point (e).
The Commissariaat shall determine the manner in which the number of members is established, and the applicant shall provide the Commissariaat with all data that it deems necessary for that purpose.
Het Commissariaat stelt het aantal leden per omroeporganisatie die een aanvraag voor een erkenning of voorlopige erkenning heeft ingediend vast op een peildatum die door Onze Minister wordt bepaald. Bij een samenwerkingsomroep wordt het aantal leden bepaald door het totaal aantal leden van de omroepverenigingen die hij vertegenwoordigt.
Als lid tellen mee personen die:
16 jaar of ouder zijn;
in Nederland woonachtig zijn; en
de jaarlijkse minimumcontributie, bedoeld in artikel 2.24, eerste lid, onderdeel e, of 2.24a, eerste lid, onderdeel e, hebben betaald.
Het Commissariaat bepaalt de wijze waarop de vaststelling van het aantal leden gebeurt en de aanvrager verstrekt aan het Commissariaat alle gegevens die het daarvoor nodig acht.
