1.
The NPO shall provide the Minister, upon request, with all information regarding the activities of the NPO.
2.
The Minister may demand access to business data and documents of the NPO insofar as this is necessary for the performance of his duties.

De NPO verstrekt Onze Minister desgevraagd alle inlichtingen met betrekking tot de werkzaamheden van de NPO.
2.
Onze Minister kan inzage verlangen in zakelijke gegevens en bescheiden van de NPO voor zover dat voor de vervulling van zijn taak nodig is.
