The college of broadcasters shall advise the supervisory board and the board of directors, upon request or of its own motion, regarding the policy concerning the media offering of the national public media service.
The board of broadcasting organizations shall be composed in such a manner that the broadcasting organizations that have obtained a recognition as referred to in Article 2.23, paragraph 1, the broadcasting associations that have obtained a provisional recognition as referred to in Article 2.23, paragraph 2, the NOS, and the NTR each appoint one member to it.
Het college van omroepen adviseert de raad van toezicht en de raad van bestuur desgevraagd of uit eigen beweging over het beleid inzake het media-aanbod van de landelijke publieke mediadienst.
Het college van omroepen is zodanig samengesteld dat de omroeporganisaties die een erkenning als bedoeld in artikel 2.23, eerste lid, hebben verkregen, de omroepverenigingen die een voorlopige erkenning als bedoeld in artikel 2.23, tweede lid, hebben verkregen, de NOS en de NTR daarin elk één lid benoemen.
