A provider of a video platform service that is established or deemed to be established in the Netherlands pursuant to Article 28bis, paragraphs 1 to 4 inclusive, of the European Directive, falls under the jurisdiction of the Netherlands.
A provider of a video platform shall make at least the following information easily, directly and permanently available to the public:
name;
place of establishment;
contact details including e-mail address or internet address; and
the name of the Commissariaat as the body charged with the supervision of compliance with the provisions laid down by or pursuant to this chapter.
Onder de bevoegdheid van Nederland valt een aanbieder van een videoplatformdienst die krachtens artikel 28bis, eerste tot en met vierde lid, van de Europese richtlijn in Nederland is gevestigd of geacht wordt in Nederland te zijn gevestigd.
Een aanbieder van een videoplatform stelt, gemakkelijk, rechtstreeks en permanent ten minste de volgende gegevens beschikbaar voor het publiek:
naam;
plaats van vestiging;
contactgegevens waaronder e-mailadres of internetadres; en
de naam van het Commissariaat als het orgaan dat is belast met het toezicht op de naleving van het bepaalde bij of krachtens dit hoofdstuk.
