The owner is obliged to offer the user proposed in accordance with Article 5, within three months of the proposal, an agreement for the use of the building, or the vacant part thereof, respectively.
The first paragraph shall not apply if the owner, within the period referred to in the first paragraph, has entered into an agreement with another user who takes the building, or the part thereof, into use within a reasonable period.
The owner is obliged to notify the mayor and aldermen of the vacancy of the building, or the part thereof, within four weeks after the termination of the use in accordance with this article, unless the building has been in use for more than one year.
De eigenaar is verplicht om de overeenkomstig artikel 5 voorgedragen gebruiker binnen drie maanden na de voordracht, een overeenkomst tot ingebruikname van het gebouw, respectievelijk het leegstaand gedeelte daarvan, aan te bieden.
Het eerste lid is niet van toepassing indien de eigenaar binnen de termijn, bedoeld in het eerste lid, een overeenkomst is aangegaan met een andere gebruiker, die het gebouw, respectievelijk het gedeelte ervan, binnen redelijke termijn in gebruik neemt.
De eigenaar is verplicht om binnen vier weken na beëindiging van het gebruik overeenkomstig dit artikel de leegstand van het gebouw, respectievelijk het gedeelte ervan, te melden aan burgemeester en wethouders, tenzij het gebouw langer dan één jaar in gebruik is geweest.
