Article 14

Articles 10a up to and including 13 shall apply to the registration of a fact of which the registration has been ordered pursuant to Article 20, paragraph 2, of Book 3 of the Civil Code or has been requested again as referred to in Article 20, paragraph 4, second sentence, of Book 3 of that Code, insofar as no derogation is made therefrom in Articles 14a and 14b.
Op de inschrijving van een feit waarvan de inschrijving alsnog is bevolen overeenkomstig artikel 20, tweede lid, van Boek 3 van het Burgerlijk Wetboek of opnieuw is verzocht als bedoeld in artikel 20, vierde lid, tweede zin, van Boek 3 van dat wetboek, zijn de artikelen 10a tot en met 13 van toepassing, voorzover daarvan in de artikelen 14a en 14b niet wordt afgeweken.
