The management board of the Service is the administrative authority referred to in Article 2:13, paragraphs two and three, and 2:14 of the General Administrative Law Act.
2.
The management of the Service shall apply the provisions referred to in the first paragraph exclusively by establishing regulations.

Het bestuur van de Dienst is het bestuursorgaan, bedoeld in artikel 2:13, tweede en derde lid, en 2:14 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht.
2.
Het bestuur van de Dienst geeft uitsluitend toepassing aan de in het eerste lid genoemde bepalingen door het vaststellen van regelingen.
