Section 2.3 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht) shall apply mutatis mutandis to electronic communication related to the maintenance of the public registers and the provision of information therefrom, unless otherwise provided by or pursuant to this Act.
Afdeling 2.3 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht zijn van overeenkomstige toepassing op het elektronische berichtenverkeer verbonden aan het houden van de openbare registers en het verstrekken van inlichtingen daaruit, tenzij bij of krachtens deze wet anders is bepaald.
