Article 49
in forceThis Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the date of deposit with the Secretary-General of the United Nations of the twentieth instrument of ratification or accession.
For each State which ratifies this Convention or accedes thereto after the deposit of the twentieth instrument of ratification or accession, the Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the deposit by such State of its instrument of ratification or accession.
Dit Verdrag treedt in werking op de dertigste dag die volgt op de datum van nederlegging bij de Secretaris-Generaal van de Verenigde Naties van de twintigste akte van bekrachtiging of toetreding.
Voor iedere Staat die dit Verdrag bekrachtigt of ertoe toetreedt na de nederlegging van de twintigste akte van bekrachtiging of toetreding, treedt het Verdrag in werking op de dertigste dag na de nederlegging door die Staat van zijn akte van bekrachtiging of toetreding.
