No one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy, his family life, his home and his correspondence, nor to unlawful attacks on his honour and reputation.

Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.

Niemand mag worden onderworpen aan willekeurige of onwettige inmenging in zijn privé leven, zijn gezinsleven, zijn huis en zijn briefwisseling, noch aan onwettige aantasting van zijn eer en goede naam.

Een ieder heeft recht op bescherming door de wet tegen zodanige inmenging of aantasting.
