The tax collector (de ontvanger) is charged with the collection of national taxes.
2.
In all legal proceedings arising from the performance of his duties, the receiver shall appear in court in that capacity.

De ontvanger is belast met de invordering van de rijksbelastingen.
2.
In alle rechtsgedingen voortvloeiende uit de uitoefening van zijn taak treedt de ontvanger als zodanig in rechte op.
