This Act applies to the recovery of national taxes.

Article 3:40, Titles 4.1 up to and including 4.3, Article 4:125, Title 5.2, Chapters 6 and 7, and Section 10.2.1 of the General Administrative Law Act (Algemene wet bestuursrecht) do not apply to this Act.

Deze wet geldt bij de invordering van rijksbelastingen.
2.
Op deze wet zijn artikel 3:40, titels 4.1 tot en met 4.3, artikel 4:125, titel 5.2, de hoofdstukken 6 en 7 en afdeling 10.2.1 van de Algemene wet bestuursrecht niet van toepassing.
