Our Minister of Finance may impose an order subject to a periodic penalty payment (last onder dwangsom) in respect of a violation of Article 47, if there is an act in conflict with Article 19, paragraph 1, insofar as the person obliged thereto fails to provide the information required by the Chamber to ensure that the data referred to in Article 15a, paragraph 2, are at all times correctly and completely entered in the trade register.
Onze Minister van Financiën kan een last onder dwangsom opleggen ter zake van overtreding van artikel 47, indien er sprake is van het handelen in strijd met artikel 19, eerste lid, voor zover de daartoe verplichte persoon niet de opgave doet die de Kamer nodig heeft om ervoor te zorgen dat de in artikel 15a, tweede lid, bedoelde gegevens te allen tijde juist en volledig zijn ingeschreven in het handelsregister.
