The following information shall be recorded in the commercial register regarding an establishment of an undertaking:
a unique number assigned by the Chamber;
the trade name or trade names;
the postal and visiting address;
the date of commencement of use and termination.
If an enterprise has multiple establishments, it shall be recorded in the trade register which establishment is the principal establishment or the main place of business (hoofdnederzetting).
In het handelsregister worden over een vestiging van een onderneming opgenomen:
een door de Kamer toegekend uniek nummer;
de handelsnaam of handelsnamen;
het post- en bezoekadres;
de datum van ingebruikname en beëindiging.
Indien een onderneming meerdere vestigingen heeft, wordt in het handelsregister opgenomen welke vestiging de hoofdvestiging of de hoofdnederzetting is.
