Article 233

The payment of all other debts, existing prior to the commencement of the suspension of payments (*surseance*), cannot, as long as the suspension of payments lasts, take place otherwise than to all creditors jointly, in proportion to their claims.
De betaling van alle andere schulden, bestaande vóór de aanvang der surseance, kan, zolang de surseance duurt, niet anders plaats hebben dan aan alle schuldeisers gezamenlijk, in evenredigheid hunner vorderingen.
