in forceThis Protocol shall be open for signature by the member States of the Council of Europe for which the Convention has been signed. It is subject to ratification, acceptance or approval. A member State of the Council of Europe may not ratify, accept or approve this Protocol unless that State has previously or simultaneously ratified the Convention. The instruments of ratification, acceptance or approval shall be deposited with the Secretary General of the Council of Europe.
Dit Protocol staat open voor ondertekening voor de lidstaten van de Raad van Europa voor wie het Verdrag is ondertekend. Het is onderworpen aan bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring. Een lidstaat van de Raad van Europa kan dit Protocol niet bekrachtigen, aanvaarden of goedkeuren, tenzij die Staat eerder of tegelijkertijd het Verdrag heeft bekrachtigd. De akten van bekrachtiging, aanvaarding of goedkeuring dienen te worden nedergelegd bij de Secretaris-Generaal van de Raad van Europa.
