All the Contracting States party to this Convention at the time of filing of the European patent application shall be deemed to be designated in the request for grant of a European patent.
The designation of a Contracting State may be subject to the payment of a designation fee.
The designation of a Contracting State may be withdrawn at any time up to the grant of the European patent.
Alle Verdragsluitende Staten die partij zijn bij dit Verdrag op het tijdstip waarop de Europese octrooiaanvrage wordt ingediend, worden geacht te zijn aangewezen in het verzoek om verlening van het Europees octrooi.
De aanwijzing van een Verdragsluitende Staat kan onderworpen zijn aan betaling van een aanwijzingstaks.
De aanwijzing van een Verdragsluitende Staat kan te allen tijde tot aan de verlening van het Europees octrooi worden ingetrokken.
