However, not included under the above provision are those games which are suitable for physical exercise, such as fencing, running and the like.

Nevertheless, the judge may deny or reduce the claim if the sum appears excessive to him.

Onder de hier-boven staande bepaling zijn echter niet begrepen die spelen welke geschikt zijn tot ligchaamsoefening, als het schermen, wedloopen en dergelijke.
