In the event of the hire-vendor's lack of power to dispose, Article 88 of Book 3 applies, on the understanding that for the good faith of the hire-purchaser required therein, it is sufficient that his good faith existed at the time of the registration of the notarial deed of hire-purchase.
In geval van onbevoegdheid van de huurverkoper tot vervreemding is artikel 88 van Boek 3 van toepassing met dien verstande dat voor de daar vereiste goede trouw van de huurkoper voldoende is dat zijn goede trouw bestond op het tijdstip van de inschrijving van de notariële akte van huurkoop.
