No derogation from the provisions of or pursuant to this section shall be permitted to the detriment of the consumer.
Council Regulation (EEC, Euratom) No 1182/71 of 3 June 1971 determining the rules applicable to periods, dates and time limits (OJ L 124) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the periods referred to in this Section.
The provisions included in this section do not apply insofar as they are excluded from the scope of the directive pursuant to Article 3, paragraph 2, of the directive.
The information obligations arising from this Section shall apply without prejudice to the information obligations pursuant to Articles 15d to 15f inclusive of Book 3, Articles 227b and 227c as well as Section 2A of Title 5 of Book 6. In the event of a conflict regarding the content and the manner in which the information is provided, the provisions of this Section shall prevail.
Van het bepaalde bij of krachtens deze afdeling kan niet ten nadele van de consument worden afgeweken.
Op de termijnen genoemd in deze afdeling is Verordening (EEG, Euratom) nr. 1182/71 (PbEG L 124) van de Raad van 3 juni 1971 houdende vaststelling van de regels die van toepassing zijn op termijnen, data en aanvangs- en vervaltijden van overeenkomstige toepassing.
De in deze afdeling opgenomen bepalingen gelden niet voor zover deze op grond van artikel 3 lid 2 van de richtlijn van het toepassingsgebied van de richtlijn zijn uitgezonderd.
De uit deze afdeling voortvloeiende informatieverplichtingen gelden onverminderd de informatieverplichtingen op grond van de artikelen 15d tot en met 15f van Boek 3, de artikelen 227b en 227c alsmede afdeling 2A van titel 5 van Boek 6. In geval van strijd naar inhoud en wijze waarop de informatie wordt verstrekt, zijn de bepalingen van deze afdeling van toepassing.
