The debtor is authorised to suspend the performance of his obligation if he has reasonable grounds to doubt to whom the payment must be made.
De schuldenaar is bevoegd de nakoming van zijn verbintenis op te schorten, indien hij op redelijke gronden twijfelt aan wie de betaling moet geschieden.
