If the obligation has arisen in the exercise of the business or professional activities of the creditor, the place of establishment where those activities are exercised shall, for the purposes of Articles 116 and 117, be deemed to be the domicile of the creditor.
Indien de verbintenis is ontstaan bij de uitoefening van bedrijfs- of beroepsbezigheden van de schuldeiser, geldt in de artikelen 116 en 117 de plaats van vestiging waar die bezigheden worden uitgeoefend, als woonplaats van de schuldeiser.
