Liquidators shall provide the subdistrict court judge with all information requested by the latter and are obliged to follow the latter's instructions during the liquidation.
If a supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris) has been appointed, he is authorised, for the purpose of clarifying all circumstances concerning the liquidation, to hear witnesses and experts in the same manner as is provided for a supervisory judge in the event of bankruptcy.
Vereffenaars geven aan de kantonrechter alle door deze gewenste inlichtingen en zijn verplicht diens aanwijzingen bij vereffening te volgen.
Indien een rechter-commissaris is benoemd, is deze bevoegd ter opheldering van alle omstandigheden, de vereffening betreffende, getuigen en deskundigen te horen op dezelfde wijze als voor een rechter-commissaris in geval van faillissement is bepaald.
