Upon the appointment of a liquidator or by a subsequent order, the court may appoint one of its members as supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris).
If a supervisory judge has been appointed, are
the tasks and powers assigned to the subdistrict court judge (kantonrechter) in accordance with this section shall be exercised by the supervisory judge (rechter-commissaris), unless the law provides otherwise;
the documents referred to in Articles 211 paragraph 3, 214 paragraph 5 and 218 paragraph 1 shall, if an estate notary (boedelnotaris) is lacking, be deposited at the registry of the court.
Bij de benoeming van een vereffenaar of bij een latere beschikking kan de rechtbank een harer leden tot rechter-commissaris benoemen.
Indien een rechter-commissaris is benoemd, worden
de overeenkomstig deze afdeling aan de kantonrechter toekomende taken en bevoegdheden door de rechter-commissaris uitgeoefend, tenzij de wet anders bepaalt;
de in de artikelen 211 lid 3, 214 lid 5 en 218 lid 1 bedoelde stukken, zo een boedelnotaris ontbreekt, ter griffie van de rechtbank neergelegd.
