If and to the extent that a deceased leaves no heirs, the assets of the estate shall be acquired by the State under universal title at the moment of his death.
Indien en voor zover een erflater geen erfgenamen heeft, worden de goederen der nalatenschap op het ogenblik van zijn overlijden door de Staat onder algemene titel verkregen.
