The administrator is liable towards the person whose assets are under administration if he fails to exercise the care of a good administrator, unless the failure cannot be attributed to him.
De bewindvoerder is jegens de rechthebbende aansprakelijk, indien hij in de zorg van een goed bewindvoerder tekortschiet, tenzij de tekortkoming hem niet kan worden toegerekend.
