Our Minister of Finance may, at his or her petition (application), allow financial institutions that are not a bank as referred to in Article 415, whether or not subject to conditions, to apply Section 14, with the exception of Article 424.
Onze Minister van Financiën kan financiële instellingen die geen bank als bedoeld in artikel 415 zijn, op haar verzoek al dan niet onder voorwaarden toestaan afdeling 14, met uitzondering van artikel 424, toe te passen.
