Subject to the provisions of Article 86a paragraph 2, the recognition shall take place in the deed or on the basis of the submission of a notarial copy or an extract of the deed.
Upon recognition on the basis of the submission of a notarial copy or extract, a dated statement shall be placed on the submitted document.
Service shall be effected by means of a notarial copy or an extract of the deed.
Behoudens het bepaalde in artikel 86a lid 2 geschiedt de erkenning in de akte dan wel op grond van overlegging van een notarieel afschrift of uittreksel van de akte.
Bij erkenning op grond van overlegging van een notarieel afschrift of uittreksel wordt een gedagtekende verklaring geplaatst op het overgelegde stuk.
De betekening geschiedt van een notarieel afschrift of uittreksel van de akte.
