Shares are the parts into which the authorised capital is divided by the articles of association.
Fractional shares (onderaandelen) are the parts into which the shares have been or may be divided pursuant to the articles of association.
The provisions of this title concerning shares and shareholders shall apply mutatis mutandis to sub-shares and holders of sub-shares, insofar as the contrary does not appear from those provisions.
Aandelen zijn de gedeelten, waarin het maatschappelijk kapitaal bij de statuten is verdeeld.
Onderaandelen zijn de onderdelen, waarin de aandelen krachtens de statuten zijn of kunnen worden gesplitst.
De bepalingen van deze titel over aandelen en aandeelhouders vinden overeenkomstige toepassing op onderaandelen en houders van onderaandelen voor zover uit die bepalingen niet anders blijkt.
