A public limited company (naamloze vennootschap) whose articles of association state the authorised share capital and the amount of the shares in guilders, may use the equivalent value in euros in social and economic dealings up to a maximum of two decimal places, provided that reference is made to this Article. This use of the equivalent value in euros shall have no legal effect.
If a public limited company (naamloze vennootschap) whose articles of association state the amount of the authorised share capital and the amount of the shares in guilders, after 1 January 2002, introduces an amendment to one or more provisions in which amounts are expressed in guilders, all amounts in the articles of association shall be converted into euros. Articles 67a and 67b shall apply.
Een naamloze vennootschap waarvan de statuten het maatschappelijk kapitaal en het bedrag van de aandelen in gulden vermelden, kan in het maatschappelijk verkeer de tegenwaarde in euro gebruiken tot ten hoogste twee cijfers achter de komma, mits daarbij wordt verwezen naar dit artikel. Dit gebruik van de tegenwaarde in euro heeft geen rechtsgevolg.
Indien een naamloze vennootschap waarvan de statuten het bedrag van het maatschappelijk kapitaal en het bedrag van de aandelen in gulden vermelden, na 1 januari 2002 een wijziging aanbrengt in een of meer bepalingen waarin bedragen in gulden worden uitgedrukt, worden in de statuten alle bedragen omgezet in euro. De artikelen 67a en 67b zijn van toepassing.
